The Prudent Money Foundation

"No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.”  Matthew 6:24

The sole purpose of the Prudent Money Foundation is teaching people to think differently about money and its relationship in the life of a Christian. Christ specifically states in Matthew 6:24 that there can only be one priority between money and God.  Money can become a powerful god even at the smallest of levels. It can become a false master.

The Prudent Money Foundation accomplishes our objective through media such as the Prudent Money Radio Show, www.prudentmoney.com, video teaching, and publishing.

The Prudent Money Foundation is founded on the belief that there are 8 principles that, if followed, will keep people on the road towards prudent stewardship.

  1. The prudent live with positive expectancy
  2. The prudent seek wisdom and understanding
  3. The prudent understand and respect risk
  4. The prudent don’t compromise the long-term for short-term gratification
  5. The prudent manage their stewardship
  6. The prudent understand to give is to receive
  7. The prudent leave a legacy of stewardship
  8. The prudent experience peace through their finances

The Prudent Money Foundation is committed to helping people in all facets of stewardship and challenging their beliefs about money.  Through the education process, people can make prudent decisions regarding the money that God has entrusted to them.  Education, commitment, and daily surrender are the driving forces behind living a Matthew 6:24 life.

The Prudent Money Foundation is a privately funded non-profit organization.  The foundation will accept donations; however, we do not solicit donations from our listeners or readers. Financial support is used to help fund the cost of airtime, web and video expenses, as well as publishing.

The Prudent Money Show is a daily financial radio ministry that can be found on KDKR 91.3 FM at 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The website, www.prudentmoney.com, is educationally-based, designed to teach people about money from a biblical perspective.  The Prudent Money RECAP is a weekly newsletter that is published by the Prudent Money Foundation.
